Description

Under the direction of the Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all parties at Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center. You will be responsible for ensuring the Fitness Center patrons have the best party experience possible. This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring they stay on time, and taking care of the setup and clean-up of Chomper’s Party Cove, and Coca-Cola Pavilion.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Overseeing parties and events at KOPFC.
• Ensures final payment has been received and proper paperwork has been filled out.
• You will be responsible to make sure the pavilions are setup and cleaned up after each pavilion rental, including sweeping, power washing and empty trash cans. 
• Responsible for reporting any accidents or injuries occurring in the pavilion areas.
• Responsible for the enforcement of all pavilion rental policies, as well as general facilities policies.
• And other duties as assigned. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POSITION:

• Light physical activity including intermittent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting.
• Exposure to various outside elements.
• Exposure to stressful situations as a result of human behavior and stringent deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum: Must be 16 or older 
• Previous experience in customer services.
• May be required to work a variety of shifts including, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Starting pay $11.00 per hour.
