**Anticipated start date is near Memorial Day**

Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, perform activities to ensure the cleanliness of the Fitness Center. 

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

1. Ensure the cleanliness of the Fitness Center
2. Control odors in the facility by emptying trash, changing liners, cleaning garbage cans, and hauling trash out of the building
3. Ensure that all trash throughout the building is picked up and disposed of properly
4. Clean and sweep trash in parking areas, sidewalks, planters, park, and pool areas
5. Ensure that all trash in the tennis area is picked up and that the tennis courts are free of debris
6. Weed flower beds
7. Rake leaves and/or grass as needed

1. Perform other custodial duties when needed
2. Vacuum and mop floors
3. Clean windows
4. Wash walls and woodwork
5. Clean snow from sidewalks and spread ice melt where needed
6. Wash and/or clean blinds and drapes

1. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least 15 years of age
2. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
3. Ability to work independently
4. Ability to relate well with supervisors, co-workers, and the general public

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Willing and available to work early morning, mid-day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
2. Medium physical activity including walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting
3. Work both inside and outside being subject to extreme cold and heat
4. Subject to fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and poor ventilation that could affect the skin or respiratory system
