KDG Construction Consulting is seeking a Sr. Logistics Communications Manager (Night Shift Area Resident Manager) to join our airport field team. The Night Shift Area Resident Manager (NS-ARM) scope of work includes projects within the central terminal area including all terminals, landside areas including parking structures as well as the airside areas. 
This position requires in-person work on a varying night shift schedule. The selected candidate must be willing to work various night shifts and/or work past regularly scheduled shifts as needed. Remote work is not available for this role.
Essential Job Duties:
• Lead the nightly huddle that occurs at 2330 hrs. with airport operations support.
• Distribute the roadway bulletin, terminal bulletin & daily roadway map to attendees of the nightly huddle.
• Perform “site checks” at each location within the terminals and other locations that have active construction activities that are deployed during each shift. 
• Take photos of each deployed project working in the central terminal area, terminals and the other locations. 
• Produce a nightly report that has both a written narrative component and photographic component.
• Act as responsible party to ensure that all construction in public areas has appropriate barricades and signage as per the approved shutdown request.
• Meet regularly with the Program Area Resident Manager – Lead and make recommendations concerning procedures, protocols, and staffing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of construction management experience or 15 years of construction management field experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of airport experience or 5 years of experience in other critical environment facilities.
• Proven accuracy, reliability, priority setting, and completeness in job accomplishment.
• Demonstrated planning, controlling, organizing and leadership skills in previous positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project and Power Point.
• Must be able to work under pressure on high-profile complicated assignments.
• Ability to understand design and construction intent of projects.
Anticipated Pay Rate: $60- $70 per hour
