The Sr. Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of service and sales within their assigned region. The position manages Service Managers, the development of the region, and the delivery of service to customers. The Sr. Service Manager in conjunction with the General Manager develops budgets and ensures the financial targets are met.
