Job Summary
As a Workforce Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various workforce programs and initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate with the workforce team, and community, manage program logistics, and ensure the successful execution of workforce-related projects and activities.
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Coordination: Coordinate and support workforce programs, including training initiatives, recruitment efforts, and development programs.
2. Logistics Management: Plan and organize program logistics, such as scheduling training sessions, booking venues, coordinating materials, and managing participant registration.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate program-related data, including participant records, attendance, feedback, and program, evaluation metrics.
4. Communication: Facilitate communication between participants, trainers, and program coordinators to ensure smooth program delivery and address any issues and concerns.
5. Evaluation and Reporting: Assist in evaluating program effectiveness by collecting feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports on program outcomes, participant performance, and areas for improvement.
6. Compliance: Ensure programs comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and data privacy guidelines.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing program efficiency, effectiveness, and participant satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and process improvements.
8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to program managers, including scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, human resource management, education, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in workforce development, training, or HR-related programs.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including employees, trainers, vendors, and senior management.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with program management software or tools is a plus.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of workforce development principles, training methodologies, and adult learning principles is desirable.
