Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Experienced Barista and Barista Arts person to join our team. As a Barista, and Boba tea , Smoothies, POS Toast system , Cashier, Taking Orders, Social media platforms, kitchen helping, cleaning, very good care custoker services, great communication skills, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, boba tea, Smoothies, and more.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.69 - $21.31 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
