KCI Wireless is looking for a personable, experienced professional to join our expanding team. As a Brand Specialist, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings

Learn details about our product and service offerings

Address any questions or issues customers may have

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs

Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities

Keep an updated customer database

Measure identified KPIs

Always strive towards meeting sales quota

Track and document calls and sales

Update client records

Prepare and present achievements and KPIs

Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times

Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm

Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of current/potential customers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate's degree a plus

12 months experience in a customer service/sales related role, preferably in tele sales

Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude

Confident and self-motivated personality

Proven record of meeting quotas

Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software

Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits

Patient and friendly personality

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Good negotiation skills

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent telephone etiquette

Fluent in English language; bilingual a plus

Personable and friendly tone of voice

Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected
