We are looking for Hard Working, Disciplined people that have a Strong Passion for Food and Service. KC's Rib Shack is a great place to start a career. We have a Tiki Bar that is open roughly six months out of the year along with live music. This provides a great atmosphere to provide guest service while meeting new people. KC's Rib Shack is a high-volume restaurant and applicants should feel comfortable working in a high-paced environment and have a high energy level. An applicant should have experience in Customer Service and be diligent in Resolving Conflict. We are also looking for someone that believes in Teamwork, Professionalism, and Strong communication skills. Part-time and Full-time positions are available as we get ready to open our NEW Lounge and re-open Tiki Bar!!! Ask about our benefits at the time of hire.
