We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Engineer to help us enhance and expand the company's trading platform. The successful candidate will help maintain and enhance our existing platform, while simultaneously helping us grow and expand our platform to facilitate the company's growth and vision to be a leading quant trading crypto firm.

The candidate in this role will be expected to manage the day-to-day short-duration quant trading system, doing order and market analysis, as well as manage a group of 3 Quants to build and enhance our trading algorithms. A successful candidate should be very comfortable being both hands-on in the algorithm code as well in model creation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering or related field
• Understanding of computer science data structures
• Experience programming in an object-oriented language, and Python
• Previous experience managing and running a high-frequency trading desk, market making or other systematic strategies
• Experience managing 10s of millions of dollars in AUM
• Intellectually curious
• Self-motivated and driven
• Live in the New York, NY or San Diego area- This position is on-site
