Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Must have experience in Countertop installation Industry , Must know the Products and previous experience in kitchen and bath industry is required .
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Manage accounts and meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of technology sales and the ability to understand technical products
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships
