- Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.
- Provides customer service and assistance by answering the telephone to explain policy and procedures.
- Assists in maintaining internal and external areas of the store as directed.
- Processes merchandise control transactions; validates all related documentation on the P.O.S. terminal
