• Responsible for managing the scheduling of the specialized court docket for sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking cases and related matters.

• Responsible for monitoring, coordinating and supervising the Safe Exchange Program. Will develop specialty court processes, policy and procedure for this program. Will report program updates to the court system advisory council and other related boards, and work to increase program awareness.

• Assist judges and other court staff regarding case coordination and database system development for sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking cases and related matters.

• Coordinate with the DV/SA Court advocate to ensure victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking have legal representation and other needed direct services.

• Coordinating on-going OVW-sponsored trainings and judicial education for tribal judges and court personnel.

• Coordinate Court Planning Partner Meetings and other awareness efforts or training events, as needed.
