KAW NATION is Hiring a KHDD OFFICE MANAGER Near Ponca, OK

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: KHDD DIRECTOR

CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: CHAIR

STATUS: FULL TIME/REGULAR

LOCATION: PONCA CITY, OK

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a High School diploma. Preferring a Degree in Business Administration, or related field. At least two (2) years’ experience in administration with at least two (2) years supervisory experience required. Must have excellent computer and communication skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable. Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experienced with directing and leading staff in an office setting.
Organizing several moving components of a busy direct service department.
Managing multiple programs and staff with diverse needs and diverse clients.
Able to initiate and complete tasks with little to no supervision.
Experience in a social work setting is a plus.
All other duties as assigned.

All new hires will be required by the Kaw Nation (post hire) to submit to an employment drug screen. Failure to pass the post hire drug screen will lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment.

Four (4) hours of Annual Leave begins accruing with the first paycheck and each full check during employment. As the employee’s length of service increases the 4 hours accrued increases to 6 (after 3 years), 8 (after 10 years), and 10 (after 15 years) hours per paycheck.
Four (4) hours of Sick Leave begins accruing with the first paycheck and each full check during employment. This amount remains the same throughout employment.
