Our Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of meal operations. They play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of food meets the standards to assist in keeping our staff on a healthy track.

Responsibilities:

• Consider dietary preferences, and any other specific requirements
• Balance creativity with practicality
• Determine ingredient requirements and portion sizes.
• Oversee food preparation
• Coordinate food preparation, food/ingredient delivery, and serving logistics.
• Manage stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor expenses related to lunch operations.
• Report on financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

• Prior experience as a Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus.
