Katelyn Kupiec, Professional Recruiter is Hiring an Assistant Front Office Manager- HOTEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Near Miami, FL

A luxury hotel in Miami Beach, FL is looking for a highly qualified Assistant Front Office Manager to add to their team.

Qualifications

  • 4 years pertinent experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on expertise.
  • Skill in effectively conveying information and responding to inquiries from diverse audiences, including managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Competence in performing calculations that involve figures, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, data collection, fact-finding, and making well-founded conclusions.

Requirements

  • Effectively manages and motivates the Front Office team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Addresses and resolves any guest complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved by team members, ensuring swift and satisfactory solutions.
  • Supervises and coordinates guest arrivals and departures in collaboration with the front office executive and duty managers.
  • Must be ok with overnight shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
