Valiant Integrated Services is Hiring a Business Development and Capture Manager, Intelligence & Analysi with Security Clearance - Now Hiring Near Herndon, VA

Will be responsible for developing and capturing new business. Will assist in identifying, qualifying, and positioning Valiant as the contractor of choice for opportunities which align with our core capabilities and targeted growth in the intelligence and analysis market space. Duties will involve full life cycle capture management including capturing new business, establishing relationships with customer agencies and key decision makers, qualifying opportunities, maintaining customer intelligence, developing capture strategies, creating capture plans for proposal submissions Interaction with customers, contractors, subcontractors and other Valiant elements. Responsibilities: • Conducts BD actions to help identify and qualify opportunities. • Drives opportunity from opportunity identification to contract award, manage bid strategies and oversees the development of the technical, management, cost strategies and the associated proposal volumes. • Reviews, analyses, discovers, and captures new business and growth opportunities. • Prepares and presents Valiant capability statements and other new business information presentations. • Identifies the need for or benefits of teaming partners and the associated oversight of required agreements. • Determines the most likely requirements to successfully win an opportunity to include development and articulation of the solutions required, win strategies, themes, and discriminators; clearly communicate these to both corporate executives and the proposal team. • Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the capture plan and associated strategy into the proposal end-product and corporate offering. • Develops strategies and responses to Request for Information (RFI) and Expressions of Interest (EOI). • Prepares oral presentations to present to customers. • Visits the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative to discuss existing work, capture new work and receive customer performance evaluations. • Assists in proposal preparations including but not limited to site visits, bases of estimates, key personnel solicitations and selection, technical and pricing input, and reviews. • Performs other duties as assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Must have a bachelor’s degree, or minimum 10 years Government Contracting experience. • A minimum of five years' experience in business development and capture management supporting the intelligence community. • Must have a minimum of 5 or more years of Capture Management experience with proven capability to execute a capture strategy and win pursuits. • Experience supporting the intelligence community is required. • Proven capability to act as a Capture Manager for various size pursuits, ranging from $5M to $1B. • Must have strong leadership, management and task organization skills, and good inter-relational people skills. • Effective oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive customer and industry participant networks are essential. • Efficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required. • Experience supporting a diverse set of customers to include the DoD. • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communications skills. • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently, a highly motivated self-starter. • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects. • Must be able to obtain Government clearances for Common Access Card (CAC). • TS Clearance with ability to obtain SCI access is preferred. • Proximity to the Washington DC Metro Area is preferred.
