SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

Karlsburger Foods is seeking to add a dependable, self-motivated team member to our Customer Service Department. This role will work at our distribution center in Monticello, MN.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for key areas of Customer Service including the processing of online, inbound and outbound customer orders. This position will also work with our Outside Sales team to support their daily functions. Strong attention to details and great customer service skills are critical to this position to ensure The Karlsburger customers receive personal and timely service. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Take Inbound and/or Make Outbound sales calls to our current customers
• Place and manage sales orders
• Coordinate freight shipments for customer orders
• Generate new sales through line item penetration
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
• Gain an understanding of our products to better assist customers
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Assist our route sales team
• Monitor and collect on customers AR balances
• Adhere to Karlsburger’s family first culture and values
• Work Hours:7:30AM – 4PM, Monday through Friday
