Maintain the consultative examination order queue to schedule and/or reschedule consultative examinations. Monitor and maintain the consultative examination follow up queue daily to verify attendance and outstanding consultative examination reports. Follow ups are worked using the telephone, email, secure messaging, or fax machines. Update the computer system when examinations are cancelled or broken. Share information obtained from providers with Supervisor and the Medical Public Relations Officer (MPRO) so consultative examination provider lists and spreadsheets can be maintained.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Six months of experience in providing the direction necessary to implement the objectives of an agency, program, or organizational unit. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Six months of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Prior experience in a medical office or hospital.

· Security Clearance: A background check (KBI - criminal background, welfare fraud, driver's license and Child/Adult Abuse and Neglect Central Registry) is required for all positions with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) as a condition of employment, which may include fingerprinting and FBI check. Security clearance must be obtained prior to employment with DCF. Must maintain security clearance throughout employment.
