Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) /QA that will assist our Client Engagement team and Clients within the Healthcare (Medicaid/Medicare/Payer) vertical by being a technical point of contact to set expectations, elicit and gathering requirements, provide updates/testing and drive Data/System implementations to completion. Working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that integration and implementations exceed client expectations. Work within a distributed teams in US and offshore based distributed team to document, prioritize, develop, test and release small to large scale data/system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify specific business requirements
• Supports the development of Quality programs and initiatives through analyzing, monitoring, and reporting, including data visualization. Serves as a data and systems specialist/SME.
• Performs data analysis, gathering and integrating large volumes of data to perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborates with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis.
• Develops process flows and standard operating procedures
• Creates and utilizes tracking and organizational schematics to ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines
• Researches, retrieves, designs, and delivers organized analytics and reporting
• Designs, prepares, modifies, and develops selected recurring and ad-hoc reports within given projects
• Develops and documents complex business analysis and reporting requirements
• Coordinates a variety of projects/requests simultaneously and ensures timely completion in accordance with business initiatives
• Assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new reports including dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience along with Test validation/UAT
• Experience working with Azure tools
• Advanced level proficiency in SQL
• Agile/Scrum Experience
• Health plan, healthcare or clinic operations experience (Medicaid/Medicare/Payer)
• Experience working remotely
• Proven detail-oriented and ability to identify potential risk or problems and find resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage group relationships with diverse geographic locations, skills, and level of understanding of company processes and policy
• Proven possession of solid analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data
• Proven excellent written and oral skills
• Proven excellent presentation skills utilizing data to tell the story
• Proven problem solving capabilities resulting in significant business impact and customer satisfaction
• Proven effectively operate through complex organizational situations with ability to anticipate obstacles and plan appropriate approach
