Description

The company is adding a Financial Analyst to the team! Financial Analyst Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision (1 day of the next month of hire) (Options available) * 401K with matching program * STD, LTD * Vacation and sick time * Friendly and Open-Door culture Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Assist with preparation of monthly financial performance reports for management * Ad-hoc Analysis - Customer profitability, pricing reviews, expense examination / savings opportunity * Complete lease versus buy analyses for equipment acquisitions Real Estate * Work with real estate brokers to negotiate, prepare and execute real estate leases Contracts * Customer contracts - New contracts, renewals and amendments - SVP Business Development and Sales associates to prepare customer contracts - incorporating key provisions, managing editing process and execution * Purchasing contracts - review vendor agreements, purchasing documents and leasing documents Compliance/Insurance * Coordinate with 3rd party brokers in managing insurance programs (new placements/claims etc.) * Prepare and maintain state and local registrations and annual reporting requirements * Prepare applications for new business licenses and renewals * Other duties as assigned.
