Kane Hall Barry Neurology is Hiring a Marketing Communications Manager Near Irving, TX

Kane Hall Barry Neurology (KHB) is a friendly, full-service neurology practice with offices in Bedford, Keller, and Mansfield, TX. Because of growth in our financially strong, patient-oriented, family-friendly neurology practice, we have an opening for a Communications Marketing Manager. We offer an attractive salary and benefit package for superior people.

General Summary of Duties: The communications marketing manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication and marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic’s visibility, reputation, and patient engagement. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate the clinic’s services, expertise, and patient-centric approach.

Major Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the clinic’s goals and target patient demographics. This includes identifying key messaging, channels, and campaigns to promote the clinic’s services and specialties.
  • Oversee the clinic’s digital presence across various platforms including the clinic website, social media channels, email marketing and online advertising. Implement strategies to optimize online visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition.
  • Produce high-quality content such as articles, videos, and infographics to educate patients, highlight clinic expertise, and promote awareness of neurological conditions and treatments.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and community organizations to generate media coverage and enhance the clinic’s reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to engage with current and prospective patients. This includes developing newsletters, patient education materials, and communication protocols for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand patient needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including physicians, administrative staff, and external partners such as referring physicians, medical associations, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Monitor and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry or within a medical clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Advances degree or certification is a plus.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience in the Wordpress platform
  • Experience in Canva
  • Experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
