Job Overview:

We are a small, historical, boutique hotel seeking Guest Service Agents to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, reservations, and guest messages
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Front Desk helps support kitchen duties as needed
- Other tasks could come up, depending on hotel needs

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
