Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk. This position is seasonal and part time from May 1st through September 30th, 2024. You must be available for weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Conduct night audit procedures when required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints promptly

- Ability to maintain breakfast and kitchen tasks, under the direction and supervision of the Kitchen Manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using front desk software and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling inquiries professionally
