Responsibilities :
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
- Create a positive first impression and ensure guest satisfaction from the start.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized booking records and streamline the check-in / check-out process for guests.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Offer excellent customer service and support to guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any problems effectively to maintain a high level of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and guest service areas.
- Present a welcoming and professional environment for guests and uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications :
- Must possess exceptional customer service abilities to interact effectively with guests.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required for this position.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are necessary for this role.
