Role: Direct Support Professional
Location: Framingham MA and Natick MA
Payrate: $19 and up based on relevant education and experience
Schedule: Part time create your own dayshifts - potential to go full time!

As part of our mission to empower adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders, you'll provide invaluable in-home and in-community support. Currently, we're hiring for the Framingham and Natick MA area, and together with family members and existing providers, we'll work towards achieving personalized goals that enhance independence both at home and within the community.
Essential Duties:
* You'll support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
* You'll implement support strategies to achieve the individual's personalized goals!
* You'll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience provided services to individuals with disabilities.
* Valid driver's license and existing insurance.
* Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
* Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
* Must have flexible availability.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
