Role: Direct Support Professional
Location: Southbridge MA
Schedule: Part Time, Weekday Daytime Preferred.

We are currently seeking compassionate individuals for the Southbridge MA area.
Essential Duties:
* You'll support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
* You'll implement support strategies to achieve the individual's personalized goals!
* You'll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree OR atleast 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to individuals with disabilities.
* Valid driver's license and existing insurance.
* Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
* Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
