Summary Kairos High School is looking for a talented and committed paraprofessional to serve our exceptional learners with love, excellence, agency, and diversity. Kairos paraprofessional work both 1 to 1 with students and within small group interventions. They are committed to providing students with a full continuum of services within an inclusive school. Kairos paraprofessionals work closely with special educators, the general education teams, and other service providers within multidisciplinary teams to support educational programming for students that is both individualized & rigorous. To achieve these outcomes, Kairos paraprofessionals support educators with student progress monitoring and goal setting; case management and compliance; parent and stakeholder engagement; as well as lesson planning & the delivery of effective teaching practices for all students. Above all else, the ideal Kairos paraprofessionals believes in the success and growth of every student, finds joy and purpose in supporting children with disabilities, and understands that compliance and collaborative family engagement drives the effectiveness of any service that we may provide. Technology
Competence in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use a variety of computer applications and platforms. Ability to use basic office equipment. Knowledge and experience in using a computer-based student Information Management system.

Qualifications
High school diploma (teacher aide paraprofessionals certified). Experience working with children is preferred.
