Kahwa Coffee is looking for friendly, high-energy people that love coffee to join our team! Current positions available are for Cashiers and Baristas. We are a growing company and prefer to promote from within, so opportunity to move up into management is available.

The ideal Cashier/Barista will have the ability to:

· Exhibit outstanding customer service with a cheerful and helpful attitude by being friendly and listening attentively to customers

· Use proper cash handling procedures

· Ringing in orders on the register

· Understand all aspects of the company and the menu

· Work early mornings as some of the shifts start as early as 5:00AM and be available to work afternoon/evenings

· Make coffee and espresso-based drinks

· Adapt to the changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency

· Prep and bake pastries and other food items daily

· Wash dishes

· Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks

· Follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines

· Work Events

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
