Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner - Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area Skills: - Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel software systems - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
