```Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals at the pool facility. Your main duty will be to prevent accidents and respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Duties:
- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Provide excellent guest service by assisting with inquiries and addressing concerns
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Clean and organize pool area, including removing debris and arranging chairs and umbrellas
- Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or accidents that may occur
- Administer first aid and CPR as necessary until medical professionals arrive

Experience:
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to swim long distances comfortably
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as heavy lifting and pool cleaning
- Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding (or willingness to obtain)Training will be provided

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
