Job Summary
Kaeka Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and ensure the overall safety of the premises.
Americas Best Hotel
Day Shift: Wednesday Noon-6pm
Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized entry
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry as necessary
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures
- Strong conflict management skills
- First aid training
- Experience with surveillance systems and CCTV monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
