Associate Patient Services Specialist - Patient Access at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA

The Associate Patient Services Specialist performs patient registration and pre-registration of scheduled accounts, verify insurance coverage, benefits, and obtains pre-certification, referral or authorizations as needed per insurance requirements; Participates in the collection of up-front revenue due the facility and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.

This posting is for multiple openings of Associate Patient Services Specialist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA. We are hiring for the following opportunities:

• Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours every week

• Full Time, Variable Shift, 40 hours every week

• Full Time, Evening Shift, 40 hours every week

Required qualifications:

• Six (6) months of customer service experience

Preferred qualifications:

• General office experience

• Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, and/or medical setting
