Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacotherapy at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacist and general direction of the Pharmacy Therapy Manager, the Clinical Pharmacy Technician will perform assigned tasks necessary to support comprehensive clinical pharmacy services provided by the Clinical Pharmacists. The Clinical Pharmacy Technician will be organizing and collecting clinical information for the clinical pharmacy appointments and medication reconciliation process. Perform chart reviews to identify patients who may benefit from clinical pharmacy services based on a combination of medical and pharmacy triggers.

_This posting is for multiple openings of Pharmacy Technician at Kadlec Healthplex in Richland, WA. We offer six (6) day shift full-time opportunities._

Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement Washington Pharmacy Technician License One (1) year of sufficient experience to enable the employee to work effectively in commonplace work situations and to provide working knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques of the pharmaceutical field; usually interpreted as one year of applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications:
