Responsibilities:The Overnight Front Desk Agent provides record account reconciliation services, reporting, and responsible for all front desk, and PBX duties during their shift. They are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of property services while establishing a positive initial contact with our owners and guests and ensuring that the expectations of the owners/guests are exceeded during the check-in and check-out process.
Qualifications:- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be a self-starter, work with minimal supervision, and be pro-active in your approach to problem solving
- Able to walk and stand throughout the shift
- Maintains contact with security officer to communicate emergency situations as needed.
- Answers the telephone and provides reception for the front desk which includes check-in and check-out services.
- Assists guests and owners professionally and cordially at all times.
