Technology Strategist Role

Organizational Summary:

Pershing/IM/WM Engineering is an integral part of the larger Engineering providing global technology solutions to leading institutions across wealth, advisory and asset management segments.

Description:

Serve as a technology strategist within the Office of the CIO / COO for a wide array of initiatives which contributes to the achievement of department/ team objectives, results, and outcomes. Take the lead for defining, implementing, and driving adoption of transformational strategy, operating models and processes which will elevate our strategy.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Technology consulting experience with big financial firms, preferably with wealth and asset management background for 7 to 8 years
• Ability to take ambiguous topics and translate into actionable plans working with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Very strong analytical skills, as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong writing skills with demonstrable experience in writing
• Strong team player with outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfort with quickly changing priorities, in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to consult and influence decisions
• Experience in research and the use of data and data visualizations to tell compelling stories
