Position : NPI Operations and Tracking Lead. (PM).

Work location: Houston, TX (2 Days a week)

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the NPI Operations and Tracking Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various operational aspects related to New Product Introduction (NPI), including overseeing internal tracking databases. Additionally, you will provide crucial support for commercial events, logistics, strategy, and planning, as well as management of special projects.
• The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and be adept at coordinating and leading key checkpoints to gather initial information with points of contact. You will also be responsible for scheduling, leading, and recording new product introduction checkpoint calls with meeting minutes and sharing notes and updates with attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Internal databases.
• Provide support for commercial events, logistics, strategy, and planning.
• Manage special projects related to NPI operations.
• Support claims management and maintain the claims database.
• Coordinate and lead checkpoint calls to gather initial information with points of contact.
• Schedule, lead, and record calls with meeting minutes.
• Share notes and updates with attendees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in project management or operations role preferred.
• Proficient in Smartsheets support/management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
