RN Supervisor
MUST BE EXPERIENCED.
Responsibilities RN Supervisor
·Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
·Administering treatments and documentation
·Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
·Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
·Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
·Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
·Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
·All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications RN Supervisor:
- Must have an active RN license in the state of NJ
- RN experience in LTC/SNF required.
- Must be able to foster a positive and supportive work environment for nursing staff.
