As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and use data-driven insights to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and contribute to business growth.

Skills and Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

- Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Content Creation and Management:

- Produce compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Event Coordination:

- Plan and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to promote brand awareness and engagement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Brand Management:

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field recommended
- Bilingual highly desired (English/Korean)
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legal to work in the United States.
