Were are looking for an individual that can help us manage, optimize, and organize our leads through a CRM system and a Dialer System. This position will include managing the dialer system and keeping the phones ringing. This position does not require advanced technological skills, however we do need some one who is tech savvy and can learn quickly. We currently use Ring Central, and Logics CRM.
We are open to using Ytel, Convoso, or Talk Desk, unless you have a recommendation.
*We do not need someone to produce leads or start marketing campaigns, that experience is a bonus but will not be in the job description or qualify you for this position.

We are looking for motivated, professional, and experienced sales reps to join our team. This position is exciting and up beat. Your job will be turning inbound and out bound leads into clients. These are all hot leads and qualified prospects that have made an inquiry to our company. Paid training will cover our script, crm system, and sales process. Essentially we help individuals that owe the IRS and are not bale to pay it back. We represent them and negotiate with the IRS on their behalf. Most our current reps average 2-3 closes per day.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experienced with marketing/certification.
- Bachelor’s degree finance, business management, or a related field, preferred.
