Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Loading and unloading delivery equipment, such as trucks, vans, or trailers.
2. Transporting equipment to designated locations safely and efficiently.
3. Inspecting and maintaining delivery equipment to ensure proper functionality.
4. Following delivery schedules and routes as assigned.
5. Assisting with the organization and coordination of deliveries.
6. Providing exceptional customer service during the delivery process.
7. Documenting delivery activities, including time, date, and any issues encountered.
8. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while operating delivery equipment.
9. Forklift Certified
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Experience in operating delivery equipment, such as trucks or vans.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing delivery tasks.
8. Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Basic computer skills for documenting delivery activities.
