Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Program machines using CAM software for efficient and accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Experience:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in CAM programming and operating CNC machines
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for reading blueprints and creating programs
- Knowledge of various machining techniques, including lathe operation, press brake machines, stamping presses, etc.
- Ability to use measuring tools and gauges to ensure precision and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Forklift experience is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
