We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and driving business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline sales processes and systems
- Analyze abd manage sales data to develop insights and strategies for improving sales performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets
- Utilize Zoho CRM tools to track and report on sales metrics
- Java, Deluge and Zapier experience a strong plus!
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage sales data / reporting
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in business development is a plus
