Key Responsibilities
- Assist the cooks by going to and from fridge and freezer to retrieve kitchen items
- Prepare kitchen production
- Label, case, and move finished kitchen product; process supply deliveries
- Routinely lift up to 50lbs of kitchen supplies
- Clean up station during and at end of shift
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Qualifications
- Agility
- Ability to routinely lift 50lb
- Attention to detail; ability to conduct repetitive tasks with quality
- General understanding of basic kitchen functions
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
