Juniper is Growing! full-service landscape design, build, and management company with over 20 locations. We are seeking a Project Manager for our Landscape Install team. The Project Manager works closely with the branch management team to ensure that Juniper’s high standards in project plan execution are met and/or exceeded. They are responsible for logistics, resource allocation, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Success of developing solutions for customers "points of pain"
• Building and maintaining a trust based professional relationship
• Serving as the main point of contact
• Gathering and analyzing customer needs all while building a strong relationship through trust. Providing the customer clear understanding of all information pertaining to all products and services

· Manage punch list and closeout to make sure the client is satisfied, and the company has complied fully with contractual obligations

• Managing cost reports, analyzing budget variances and recommending strategies to lower project costs

· Reviewing labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project performance and tracking

• Coordination of change orders, collaboration with AR on receivables and collections
• Ensuring accurate and timely monthly job billings
• Manage permitting and general document management

· Holding meetings with Superintendent and Foremans to ensure all aspects of the job are scheduled in advance

• Inspecting all work being performed all while resolving problems that arise
• Managing subcontracts and labor force
• Dispatching of required equipment to the job
• Managing Equipment, tools, storage, operation and maintenance
• Ensuring that staff and subcontractors work safely and efficiently at all times

· Maintaining accurate daily, weekly and monthly activity logs, updating production tracking reports and generating other related reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, construction or business management preferred
• Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office Suite
• Proven skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making, and working with computer software systems.
