Juniper is Growing! full-service landscape design, build, and management company with over 20 locations. We are seeking a Project Manager for our Landscape Install team. The Project Manager works closely with the branch management team to ensure that Junipers high standards in project plan execution are met and/or exceeded. They are responsible for logistics, resource allocation, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
· Manage punch list and closeout to make sure the client is satisfied, and the company has complied fully with contractual obligations
· Reviewing labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project performance and tracking
· Holding meetings with Superintendent and Foremans to ensure all aspects of the job are scheduled in advance
· Maintaining accurate daily, weekly and monthly activity logs, updating production tracking reports and generating other related reports as needed.
