Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, providing exceptional customer support, and managing various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage office projects from inception to completion
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with dental receptionist duties when needed
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Act as a personal assistant to executives when required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination and customer support roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in front desk operations.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
