Friday 3:30p-10:30p
Saturday 3:30p-10:30p
Sunday 3:30p-8:30p
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings, including specials and promotions
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of the food industry, including different types of beverages and their preparation methods
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and maintain composure under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
