Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• experience working with young children in a childcare or school setting
• childcare certifications or willingness to earn certifications

Duties:

- Support the Montessori Directress during the class portion of the day
- Manage students during the aftercare portion of their day
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom

Requirements:

- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and literacy education
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively
- Background in daycare, special education, or early childhood education is a plus
- Certification or coursework in childcare is mandatory but can be obtained after employment

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
