Innovation Learning partners with schools to leverage valuable summer time to increase academic achievement. We have a unique opening for an individual who has experience working with children in grades K-8. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with children.

The position entails teaching in the summer program. We are looking for the right person who loves kids and teaching and embodies our 4 core values:

In this role you will be:

- Assisting our children to deliver the Innovation Learning Model.

- Interacting with children to ensure they are having fun while they learn!

-Experience in a school based environment is strongly preferred.

- Must be able to pass required state background checks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Teaching experience in an education and/or in a structured childcare setting, with a proven track record of effective team leadership.
