Job Title: Threat Intelligence and Response Analyst
Position Overview: The Threat Intelligence and Response Analyst plays a crucial role in safeguarding our client's digital environment. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with fellow experts, contribute to investigations, and enhance our security posture. We're seeking an adaptable team player who thrives on collaboration and possesses strong technical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver High-Quality Analysis:
    • Prepare analysis reports and incident assessments that meet organizational expectations.
    • Conduct assessments related to cyber security threats, including malware and ransomware.
    • Engage in computer and digital forensics research.
  2. Collaborate and Investigate:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to assist in employee investigations.
    • Develop and implement analysis processes to enhance our forensic capabilities.
  3. Promote a Collaborative Culture:
    • Foster teamwork and effective communication.
    • Treat colleagues with respect and maintain an open mind to diverse perspectives.
Qualifications:
  • Trustworthy and Dependable:
    • Demonstrate reliability, good communication, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer forensics or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience (minimum of two years).
  • Cyber Expertise:
    • Prior experience in at least two of the following areas:
      • Incident response
      • Familiarity with OS and file systems (MAC, Linux, and/or Windows)
      • Knowledge of malware operations
      • Understanding of forensic techniques
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in forensics tools and analysis.
    • Ability to perform event analysis using computer forensics tools.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to convey highly technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability:
    • Tailor communication to stakeholders ranging from HR investigators to CIOs.
