```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Operate phone systems, taking messages and transferring calls as needed
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and other front desk equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
